PRODUCTS AND COLORS

Products shown on the webshop is only guidelines as each piece is handmade – and some are hand painted – and therefore unique. But everything has been made with care to ensure that the specifications of our products are correct and that the representation of color is as accurate as the production and photographic process allow. However we are not to be held responsible for any variation in color caused by any browser software, mobile phone, ipad or computer system used by the customer.

WANT TO MAKE A PURCHASE

When purchasing a product on artglasscopenhagen.com you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that the order is not accepted until we have double checked that the requested product is in stock. After this you will receive a final order and shipping confirmation.

PAYMENT AND VAT

You can pay with VISA, VISA Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro BS JCB. You can choose to pay in either DKK or EUR.

The amount will be withdrawn from your account as soon the order has been dispatched from our stock.

If you are ordering from an EU country all our prices include 25% Danish VAT. If the product are purchased from a non-EU country you will not be charged Danish VAT.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from Denmark if the items are in stock.

Denmark*: 49,00 DKK / EUR 6.50 / Expect 1-3 weekdays

*Parcels above 20 kg: 200 DKK

Pick up your parcel

From the 1 of November til the 21 (2023) of December it is possible to pick up you parcel in our shop at the Christmas market at Kongens Nytorv / Copenhagen (make an appointment by writing us an e-mail). Opening hours between 11 and 19 PM.

SHIPMENT OUTSIDE DENMARK

EU: 130 DKK / 18 EUR / Expect 6-12 weekdays

Outside EU: 130 DKK / 18 EUR / Expect 10-15 weekdays + customs time

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for import taxes and duties to your country.

RETURN POLICY

Returns can be done within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must be in an unused and undamaged condition. Please wrap and pack very carefully to ensure your returned product not will be damaged during the shipping and include a copy of the original invoice.

All return shipment cost is paid by the costumer. After receiving the returned goods and approving the return, we will credit your bank account with the full amount.

WARRANTY

When shopping at artglasscopenhagen.com you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you either can get your order replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, all depending on the specific situation.

It’s naturally a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product, ordinary wear and tear or other negligent behavior.

If you discover any problems with your product, please complain as soon as possible – but max. 2 months after the defect has been discovered.

When returning the order, please describe the reason for returning as detailed as possible to:

COMPLAINT

Art Glass Copenhagen trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. If you have a complaint – the complaint can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

WARNING

The product must not be used by children as it is glass and may break. The product is not to put into the mouth.

PRIVACY POLICY

When making a purchase at Art Glass Copenhagen, you are required to provide personal information such as name, address, e-mail address and phone number. Due to the Danish bookkeeping law, we have to keep the information for five years, and after that all the kept information will be deleted.
Your privacy is extremely important to us, so all your data is kept completely private and are not shared with any 3rd parties.
